General dentist is your job today. Your main concern is to disinfect and cure as many teeth in your patient´s mouth as you can. Of course, you also want to rack up a nice bill, which is based on the number of teeth still intact. Click on a tooth, and your general dentist drill will move to it and clean it. Other teeth will be rotting at the same time, though. Drilling on a clean tooth is one way to increase agony and if you are a good general dentist you will not do that.
